Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, returns, and our full-grain leather goods.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are handled in 1–3 business days. Transit is 5–7 business days after dispatch. Total delivery is 6–10 business days from order to door. You'll get a tracking email once your order ships.

We currently ship within the USA only. Free shipping is included on all US orders — no minimum, no promo code needed.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to go live on the carrier's website.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may need an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the credit.

Orders can be cancelled before they enter processing. Contact us immediately at support@blackridgeleathers.com with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, including return shipping.

Payments & Orders

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All transactions are protected with bank-level SSL encryption.

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We never store full card details on our servers.

Products & Leather

We use full-grain leather — the highest grade available. It develops a rich patina over time that no machine-made material can replicate.

Clean with a soft damp cloth, condition every 3–6 months, store in a cool dry place away from sunlight, and wear it often.

Full-grain leather softens and moulds to your body naturally. Most customers find their jacket comfortable from day one.
