Shipping Overview
At Blackridge Leathers, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. All orders include free standard shipping — no minimum spend, no promo code needed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order Processing
After you place your order, our team verifies payment and prepares your item for dispatch. This typically takes 1–3 business days. During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Address changes must be requested before your order enters the dispatch stage. Email us immediately at support@blackridgeleathers.com with your order number and the correct address. Once dispatched, we cannot redirect your package.
Orders can be modified or cancelled before they enter processing. Contact us at support@blackridgeleathers.com as soon as possible. Once your order is in processing or dispatched, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time. Please provide a full residential or business street address when placing your order.
The carrier will typically leave the package at your door, leave a delivery notice, or hold the package at a local facility for collection. Check your tracking link for carrier-specific instructions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
Tracking updates can sometimes lag by 24–48 hours, especially during weekends. If your tracking has shown no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at support@blackridgeleathers.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
First, check around your property, with neighbours, and at any secure location the carrier may have left it. If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, email us at support@blackridgeleathers.com with your order number and we'll resend the tracking details.
Lost & Damaged
We take full responsibility for your order until it is marked as delivered. In the rare event something goes wrong, here is what we will do.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@blackridgeleathers.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch and tracking shows no resolution, contact us. We will file a claim with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.
We apologise for the error. Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will send the correct item immediately and arrange collection of the wrong item at no cost to you.
Important: Blackridge Leathers is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery has been made to your address. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address.
