Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Return initiated within 30 days of delivery date.
- Item unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Not a custom, made-to-order, or final sale product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalised items — unless defective or damaged on arrival.
- Items returned beyond the 30-day return window.
- Items showing signs of use, alteration, or customer-caused damage.
- Gift cards and store credit.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange for a different size or colour where stock is available. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing. Contact support@blackridgeleathers.com immediately with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may initiate a return after delivery.
